Maison du 16ème siècle.

Maison avec un corps de bâtiment sur la rue de l'Eglise, avec tourelle. Des fenêtres à meneaux sculptés éclairent a maison.

Meneau vient de l'ancien français "meien" qui signifie "moyen", du latin "medianus", "qui est au milieu". Les meneaux sont les montants verticaux fixes qui divisent une fenêtre. La division horizontale est assurée par des croisillons.

"Meneau" comes from the Old French "Meien" which means "way", from the Latin "medianus", "which is in the middle."

"Meneaux" are the vertical fixed dividing a window. Horizontal division is ensured by "croisillons".
