Montclair Destination Estate (a 216-hectare in Cuayan, Angeles City and Pasbul Bulo- Manuali, Porac - Montclair Interchange Montclair Exit at Toll Plaza linking Montclair Destination Estate to - Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) Montclair Interchange Project - a Trumpet Type of Expressway Interchange in Manuali, Porac, Pampanga, connects to the existing SCTEX (Sta. 47+000) in both directions exiting to the New Township and Logistic Hub Montclair Destination Estate by Robinsons Land Corporation with 8-lane toll plaza toll road ramps, overpass structure, toll plaza and booths, and access road to the existing local road 323-meter road pavement and the 62-meter Montclair access bridge by Alemria International Construction Corporation started April 11, 2023 completion December, 2023 P 97 million).

Taug (Sapangbayo - Sapang Ebus) River overflows into the Abacan River - Sapang Balen in Angeles is actually Taug River which originates in Ebus River in the foothills of Pinatubo (you see this river from SCTEX just a few meters away from the Pasig-Potrero). Anunas-Cuayan Bridge (Inagurated February 16, 2022 by Cong. Carmelo Jon Lazatin, Mayor Carmelo Pogi Lazatin, Jr., Vice Mayor Vicky Vegarac Kabigting, Capitans Rofino Candelaria and August Flores, DPWH Engineer Arnold Ocampo and Councilor Dan Lacson - P43 million, 30-meter-long 4-lane bridge implemented by DPWH it is connected to a 1.98-kilometer Porac-Angeles Bypass Road specifically Angeles - Porac Circumferential Road (Manuali-Manibaug Libutad, Porac - Cuayan, Angeles City that was completed in 2020).
