Description
Català: Antiga farmàcia de Tena, Xàbia. L'edifici fou construït durant la segona meitat del segle XIX, el 1857, seguint les modes i corrents academicistes del moment. Era propietat d'una rica família de la burgesia agrícola xabienca, i on es va instal·lar a principis del segle XX, la farmàcia de Tena, que va estar en funcionament fins els anys 80 del segle passat. A l'edifici original es varen afegir posteriorment, durant el procés de rehabilitació, dues cases del carrer Pastores que mantenien les característiques de l'antic parcel·lari tardo-gòtic, amb solars de poc més de 30 m quadrats, així com alguns elements arquitectònics antics, probablement del segle XVI, com ara la brancalada de pedra en arc de mig punt i la finestra del pis superior, tot fet en pedra tosca.
