Deutsch: Weißgrundige attische Lekythos mit einer Grabszene: Frau bringt Korb mit Gaben ans Grab, der Jüngling mit der Lyra ist wahrscheinlich der Verstorbene, für den die Gaben der Frau bestimmt sind. Sehr nahe dem Maler von Berlin 2464 (John D. Beazley). Um 430/420 v. Chr., aus Athen. Antikensammlung Berlin F 2463; CVA Deutschland 89, Berlin 12, Taf. 33.
English: Attic white-ground lekythos depicting a grave szene: a woman brings a basket with gifts to the grave, the youth boy with a lyra is probably the deceased person, for whom the gifts are. Very close to the Painter of Berlin 2464 (John D. Beazley). About 430/420 BC., from Athens. Antikensammlung Berlin F 2463; CVA Germany 89, Berlin 12, pl. 33. |
