Nederlands: De kist wordt leeggehaald en opnieuw volgestouwd met lading voor Nederland. Dan landt de tweede Antonov. Een flitsend vliegtuig met oranje striping. “Daar is Igor loadmaster”, vertelt Bart. “Met die crew werken we heel vaak samen. Relaxte lui. Hebben we een band mee. Die discussie die net werd gevoerd over het laden? Zouden we met hen nooit hebben.” Maar ja, Igor werkt nu met de Duitsers. Hij is van het type ‘niet lullen, maar poetsen’. Dat blijkt. Binnen een uur is hij weer airborne.
Deutsch: Eine Antonow An-12 der Cavok Airlines über Camp Castor in Mali direkt am Flughafen Gao. Seit 2016 lässt die Bundeswehr mit An-12 der Cavok ihre Truppen in Camp Castor versorgen. Diese Maschinen seien die "einzigen verfügbaren Luftfahrzeuge, welche die erforderliche Größe haben und geeignet sind, die unbefestigte Start- und Landebahn am Bestimmungsort" Gao in Mali anzufliegen, teilt die Bundesregierung auf eine Anfrage mit.
