Description
Nederlands: Beeld van St Thomas, gekend als de Ongelovige Thomas, aan de voorgevel van de St-Joriskerk in Antwerpen. De apostel Thomas († Chennai, India, 3 juli 72) was een van de twaalf leerlingen van Jezus en zou de patroonheilige van de wetenschappers moeten zijn.
English: Sculpture of St Thomas on the facade of St George's Church in Antwerp. St Thomas, who is also called Doubting Thomas or Didymus (meaning "Twin"), was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus and should be patron saint of scientists.
Français : Sculpture de Saint-Thomas, connu comme « Thomas qui doute » sur la façade de l'Église Saint-Georges à Anvers. Saint-Thomas était un des dix apôtres de Jésus et devrait être saint patron des scientistes.
