Summary[edit]

Description
English: This portable RCA TV camera, used by Apollo astronauts for training, is identical to the one used during spaceflight. Including a TV camera on Apollo missions was controversial, because it had little planned engineering or scientific value. Its major purpose was to share Apollo experiences with audiences back on Earth. Picture taken at the National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia, USA.
