Description
Deutsch: Bauinschrift aus den canabae von Aquincum, heute im Aquincum Museum. Die Inschrift stammt aus der Regierungszeit des Kaisers Antoninus Pius (regierte 138-161) und nennt die Legio II Adiutrix als Ausführende eines Bauprojektes. Ob es sich dabei um das Amphitheater der canabae handelt oder ein anderes Bauwerk (etwa einen Ehrenbogen), ist umstritten. Siehe etwa Péter Kovács, Ádám Szabó (Hrsg.): Tituli Aquincenses.
