Summary[edit]

Description

Built in the 1920s, this arcade mall was originally a hotel. During the 1970s a fire devastated the 2nd floor and in the decades that followed the building decayed, becoming a home to the pigeons and squatters. A new lease of life has seen it restored to its former glory.
