This is the September 1918 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "to facilitate an interchange of thought and suggestion, and to create a better understanding of the activities and problems of the Operating Department employees."This bulletin is titled, "To Our Faithful Ally, Roumania, This Number is Dedicated," and the leading article in the issue focuses on the country of Roumania; much of the rest of the issue focuses on World War I. This issue has been scanned with two pages per image, with the exception of the front and back covers. The pagination in this issue continues where the previous issue ended. Page 425 is blank, and is not present in the digital object. A portrait page, before page 427, and pages 451-452, 454, 458-459, 461, 463, and 472 are unpaginated, and are included in the page count.
