Description
English: Armorial Bearings of the MARSHALs, Earls of Pembroke, who had grant of Goodrich Castle in the 5th of K. John.

Arms: Party per pale or and vert a lion rampant gules.
These arms were not borne until the family came to be Marshals of England, in 1199, prior to which period the coat was, Gules a bend lozengée or.
