Description
Svenska: Natten mellan den 2 och 3 augusti 1944 mördades samtliga kvarvarande romer i Auschwitz-Birkenau. De tvingades med vapen och misshandel i led mot en säker död i gaskamrarna.

Den 2 augusti arrangerar kulturföreningen Sveriges Internationella Roma Filmfestival en minnesstund för att hedra och minnas de romska offren, samt ge alla romer under Förintelsen den röst de förtjänar. Domino Kai, ordförande, Sveriges Internationella Roma Filmfestival hälsar välkommen. Därefter följer tal av: Berith Kalander, dotter till överlevande Hanna Dimitri Emerich Roth, överlevande från Förintelsen Diana Nyman, ordförande, Romska rådet i Göteborgs Stad Aron Verständig, ordförande, Judiska Centralrådet Ingrid Lomfors, överintendent, Forum för levande historia Christel Tholse Willers, VD, Utbildningsradion

Minnesstunden avslutas med ljuständning och tyst minut, följt av sång med Trion Hjilosko Drom.
