| Description |
Nederlands: Op de marinierskazerne Savaneta op Aruba is deze maand het nieuwe kantoor van de Marechaussee geopend. Dit gebeurde op ludieke wijze; vóór de opening kwamen brigadecommandant van de brigade Caribisch Gebied, Hans Vroegh en de kazernecommandant, Timon van Dishoeck, abseilend van het nieuwe gebouw.
De openingshandeling zelf werd verricht door de commandant LTC. Het kantoor biedt huisvesting aan de collega’s op Aruba. Het gebouw is onder andere voorzien van werkplekken, verhoorkamers en cellen. Op Aruba houdt de brigade zich voornamelijk bezig met de militaire politiezorg. |
