Summary[edit]

Description
English: Another shot of the station sign at the Ashland, Virginia Amtrak station. This was taken on November 20, 2019 from the vicinity of the Richmond-bound platform of the former Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad Depot, which was undergoing a bit of reconstruction at the time. The luggage cart which once was on display near the southwest corner of the station house, was now moved closer to the tracks, and was used to haul some stick-built letters reading "LOVE" with the "V" painted red. Evidently this is another attempt at the "Virginia is for Lovers" tourist slogan.
