Description
Deutsch: Fotolithografischer Druck einer 1883 oder früher aufgenommen Fotografie der "Kaffeewirtschaft Döhrener Turm". Das Bild (Foto eines noch unidentifizierten Fotografen) mit der (Seiten?-)Nummer 2 entstammt dem von Historiker August Jugler (1833-1888) herausgegebenen Buch Aus Hannovers Vorzeit. Ein Beitrag zur deutschen Cultur-Geschichte ... Mit 23 photolithographischen Abbildungen, etc.und wurde ursprünglich 1883 von der Aubeldruck-Anstalt, Aubel & Kaiser, Lindenhöhe [38 b] bei Cöln gedruckt. Das hier zu sehende Digitalisat wurde im Rahmen einer umfangreicheren Aktion der British Library auf der Plattform Flickr hochgeladen (anstatt direkt hier bei Commons), von dort in höchstmöglicher Größe heruntergeladen, dann mit einem Foto-Bearbeitungsprogramm per "Autokontrast" abgedunkelt und endlich hier hochgeladen. Der Begleittext aus dem Buch fehlt noch - und enthält möglicherweise den Hinweis auf den ursprünglichen Fotografen und das genaue Entstehungsdatum des Fotos. Sicher ist auch ein besserer "Scan" möglich, und - langfristig gedacht - finden wir möglicherweise das originale Foto für ein bestmögliches Digitalisat ...
