Summary

[edit]
Description

Azara serrata; A big Chilean shrub, covered in yellow flowers in mid summer, scented quite strongly, I think, of something like cucumbers. It's a hard scent to pinpoint. A bit camphor-ish? Actually it reminds me a bit of those very fresh fragrances - like Eau d'Issey. Nicer than the colour of the flowers anyway which can be a bit in-your-face.

Untouched by frost last winter.
