Qatari Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem bin Nasser Al Ali and Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov signed “The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the State of Qatar in the Field of Culture”.
