Français : ÉGLISE SAINT SÉBASTIEN DE BELLEFOND (Côte d'or) En 1533 le Cardinal Duprat, légat de France, accorde aux « manants » de Bellefond, l’autorisation d’ériger une église. Celle-ci devrait faire à l’origine 12m x 8m, c'est-à-dire la dimension du chœur actuel.
En 1541, l’église de Bellefond est consacrée à Saint Sébastien. On ne connaît pas les dates des différentes phases modificatives de l’architecture initiale : destruction de la voûte du chœur, création d’un clocheton sur le chœur, création de la nef actuelle. En 1750, Saint-Sébastien est érigée en cure. En 1854, un projet de restauration avec extension de l’édifice en partie ouest, avec un clocher de 17m de haut est envisagé. Le clocher pointu est de réalisation récente. |
