Manoj Kumar Singh Yadav or Befikra Ghazipuri is an Indian poet, editor and author. He is the executive youtuber/director of his youtube channel ‘Manoj Kumar Singh Yadav’ and has worked in various Hindi Magazines like Pasmanda-Pahal , Yuva-Dard and Aaena, among others. He also performed his poetry at national level organized by Visw-Sneh-Samaj and Guftgu Sahityik Seva Sansthan. He is currently (as of April 2021) the lecturer at M.A.H. Inter College. Manoj Kumar completed his M.A. and B.Ed. from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University .

He has written Hindi books like Vasudha Ke Phool, Kuchh Baten Kuchh Yaden, Bengal Ki Sair, Sifar Ka Safarnama, Alampatti : Gram Pariyojana Prativedan and English books like A Crush of Nature, A Reference Book of English Abbreviations, Symbols & Sign. And his writings are published in many books as Shabd-Shabd-Mahak, Ankahe Ehsas, Ujas and Aviral Dhara. He has been awarded for his writings with ‘Kavya-Bhushan’ and ‘Akshar-Shree’ Awards.
