Español: El joropo venezolano es un baile y género musical tradicional que se ha arraigado profundamente en la cultura del país. Este arte folklórico, declarado Patrimonio Cultural venezolano en 2014, tiene sus orígenes en el siglo XVIII, cuando los campesinos venezolanos adoptaron el término "joropo" para referirse a fiestas y reuniones sociales. A lo largo del tiempo, el joropo se ha convertido en un símbolo emblemático de la identidad nacional venezolana, caracterizado por su ritmo alegre y contagioso, acompañado de instrumentos como el arpa, el cuatro y las maracas. Este tesoro cultural en constante evolución refleja la diversidad y riqueza cultural de Venezuela, siendo una expresión artística que mantiene viva la tradición y el folclore del país.
