Summary

[edit]
Description
English: A dense drainage network has developed in the catchment area of the Baillaury river, with streams and rivers having cut deep, steep-sided valleys into the hard geological formations of this area. Those formations are of Ediacaran (pre-Cambrian - c550 Ma) age, and consist mainly of metasediments such as schist and marble.

In the background: Puig de Sallfort, 994 metres altitude.
