Description
Español: La bandeja paisa o típico montañero es una insignia de la gastronomía paisa.

Es un plato abundante, se sirve en una vajilla amplia, ovalada, con muchos carbohidratos que eran necesarios para la alimentación de los arrieros en siglos pasados. Sus ingredientes : arroz blanco, carne de res en polvo, chicharrón, huevo frito, tajadas de plátano maduro o patacón, chorizo con limón, arepa antioqueña, hogao con tomate y cebolla, fríjoles cargamanto, tomate en rodajas, y aguacate. Se acompaña con mazamorra y panela o bocadillo de guayaba.
