Español: del municipio de Puentes Viejas (Comunidad de Madrid, España).

Rectangular, de proporciones 2:3. Paño en color azul, cargado en su centro con el escudo del municipio, rodeado por cuatro estrellas doradas de cinco puntas, a la distancia de 1/5 al asta y al batiente y de 1/5 de los bordes superior e inferior.[1]
