Es handelt sich um das Schema eines Schnittes durch die Medianebene (mittlere Körperebene sagittal, also in der Ebene z.B. der Nasenscheidewand) eines weiblichen Körpers. Hiermit kann z.B. die Bursa omentalis visualisiert werden, oder die retroperitoneale Lage des Pancreas.

3. Gaster (Magen)
4. Pancras (Bauchspeicheldrüse)
5. Borsa omentale
6. Peritonealspalt
7. Omentum majus (Grosses Netz)
8. Duodenum (Zwölffingerdarm)
9. Colon transversum (Dickdarm)
10. Jejunum und Ileum (Dünndarm)
11. Colon sigmoideum (Dickdarm)
12. Rectum (Enddarm)
13. Uterus (Gebärmutter)
14. Vesica uretrina (Harnblase)
15. Os pubis (Schambein)
16. Anus (After)
17. Vagina (Scheide) - Eingang
18. Urethra (Harnröhre) und Corpus vertebrae thoracica (Wirbelkörper) => kommt leider zweimal vor (Nummerierungsfehler)
19. Discus intervertebralis (Bandscheibe)
20. Cauda equina ("Pferdeschwanz" des Rückenmarks, kenne deutsche Bezeichnung nicht. Im Zweifel einfach "Rückenmark", wenn auch Anatomisch nicht ganz korrekt, da dieses nur bis zum 1-2. Lendenwirbelkörper reicht)
21. Os sacrum (Kreuzbein)
22. Aorta abdominalis (Bauchabschnitt der grossen Körperschlagader)
23. Bifurcatio aortae (Zweiteilung der grossen Körperschlagader)
24. Omentum minus (kleines Netz)
