English: Siege of Fredriksten
Svenska: Belägringen av Fredrikstens fästning.

Öfverst på ett band: The Seige (!) of Fredericksall where his Swedish Majty. was kill'd, ye 11 th of Decembr 1718. Utsigt af staden och fästningen samt det omgifvande landskapet med svenska batterier och marscherande trupper. T.v. i förgrunden bäres af soldater Carl XII:s döda kropp, lagd på korslagda pikar, fram till ett tält, vid hvilket en grupp högre officerare församlat sig. Nedanför bilden en skildring af Carl XII:s bedrifter, i midten delad af det svenska vapnet, omgifvet af troféer och allegoriska figurer. Sold by T. Bowles next ye Chapter House in St. Pauls Church Yard. Stor figurrik kopparstickstafla, bestående af två hopfästa blad, tillsammans 507 mm x 1 meter 200 mm.
