Description

Self-made photograph of a gingerbread showing the coat of arms of Bern. The gingerbread is from Beck Glatz Confiseur, Bern, and is being eaten as of the time of writing.

The coat of arms itself is in the public domain under Swiss copyright law. The rest of the gingerbread is unlikely to meet the criteria of protection under Swiss copyright law. The photograph as such is released into the public domain.
