Summary[edit]

Description
English: Bertoldi Hall in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood. Built in 1903 by prominent local liquor merchant and future city council member Germano Bertoldi (1866-1911) as a dance hall and fraternal hall. It has been used by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Odd Fellows, the Women of Woodcraft and as temporary school rooms. Originally Stick/Eastlake style in design, most of its architectural features have been hidden under layers of asbestos and later vinyl siding. It is one of Georgetown's oldest existing commercial buildings.
