Description
English: This uterus was removed in the course of excising an ovarian mucinous cystadenoma. The photo above shows the uterus and adnexa (less the initially excised left ovarian tumor) from the posterior aspect. The pale yellow right ovary is clearly seen on the upper right of the image. Both oviducts, visible at the top right and left, adjoin their respective separate cornua of this malformed uterus.
Español: Este útero fue retirado durante la extirpación de un cistoadenoma mucinoso ovárico. La fotografía anterior muestra el útero y los anejos (menos el tumor izquierdo extirpado inicialmente) de la cara posterior. El ovario derecho, de color amarillo claro, puede observarse claramente en el cuadrante superior derecho de la imagen. Ambos oviductos, visibles en los lados superiores, se hallan adosados a las respectivas astas separadas de este útero bicorne.
