Description
The building at Güterstraße 4-10 in Biel/Bienne, designed by architect B. Clottu, was completed in 1943. It commemorates the close friendship between the two cities of Biel and Vienna. The architect alludes to the formal language of the Karl Marx Hof in Vienna, for example, with the tower-like elevations with the flagpoles.
