Deutsch: Bielsko-Biała. Links die 1908 bis 1909 nach einem Entwurf der Architekten Hans und Theodor Mayer erbauten Sparkassenpassage in der Bahnstraße (heute Ulica Norberta Barlickiego) 3. Dahinter die Hausnummer 5. Das Jugendstil-Gebäude wurde 1910 vom Architekturbüro Weinzettel & Riedel entworfen. Erster Eigentümer war der Besitzer der Drogerie Zum Schwarzen Hund Franz Polaczek.
