Mimulus bigelovii — Bigelow's Monkeyflower.

  • In the Colorado Desert of the Sonoran Desert ecoregion, in southern California.
  • These flowers are super tiny: about 1 inch wide, while the plant grows to about 2-3 inches off the ground.
    "So, I had to lie down on a comfy bed of rocks to get this photo :)"
