Bishnumurthy temple located in Ward No. 10 of Panauti Municipality of Kavrepalanchok District. This temple is about 3 km east of Panauti Bazar on the right side of the road at a place called Mailbot, Khopasi. On the lower floor of this temple building is the Radhakrishna Temple, while on the upper floor there is a very attractive chamber with an idol of Lord Bishnu sitting on a mudra-asana on a throne covered with gold jalap. It looks very attractive as there are idols of various Gods under the statue. According to Mahanth Kamal Nayan Acharya, the chief custodian of this temple, this temple was established in the year 2011. In this temple, the birth of Lord Bishnu is celebrated for 10 days in the month of Baisakh. Around 250 devotees are also given food as Prasad for the said 10 days. Around 600 to 700 people eat on the last day of the birthday celebration. Mahanth Kamal Nayan of Bishnu Temple says that food will be arranged with the help of various types of devotees. Also, according to Nayan, every month Lord Bishnu is bathed with curd, milk, ghee, honey, etc. and in the month of Shravan, Lord Bishnu is swung in a swing.

About 200 devotees come daily to worship this Lord Bishnu. Arrangements have also been made for Goda Ranganath Mailbot Guthi under the chairmanship of Srishidev Satyal for the operation of the temple.
