Deutsch: Benannt ist die Haagstraße, ehemals‚ Stadtschreiber- oder Stadtrichtergasse genannt, nach dem Brauerehepaar Johann Nepomuk Haag und seiner Frau Anna Maria. Die Straße verläuft östlich parallel zur Bahnhofstraße und endete wie diese ursprünglich an der südlichen Stadtmauer und wurde erst nach deren Abbruch 1879 über den Graben hinweg fortgeführt. Leicht geschwungen im Straßenverlauf steigt die Haagstraße entsprechend der Bahnhofstraße nach Norden an.
Meist giebelständig säumen die ein- und zwei geschoßigen Wohngebäude die mit Großsteinpflaster gestaltete Straße. Die Form des Satteldaches ist vorherrschend. Das Straßenbild ist geprägt durch Neubauten auf der Ostseite und denkmalwertige Gebäude auf der Straßenwestseite – denkmalgeschützte Kleinhäuser (Nr. 4 und 6) und ortsbildprägende Gebäude (Nr. 2 und 12).This is a photograph of an architectural monument.
