| Description |
English: In most of Congo there is peace. I traveled Sunday from Goma across Lake Kivu to Bukavu to visit our development projects. One of these was a healthy village project in Kavumu, a bumpy hour’s drive out of Bukavu, where we are working with the community and local government to improve hygiene and so reduce water borne diseases.
Français : Dans la majeure partie du Congo il y a la paix. J'ai voyagé dimanche de Goma à Bukavu, traversant le lac Kivu par bateau, pour visiter nos projets de développement. Un de ces derniers était un projet de « village assaini » à Kavumu, a une heure de Bukavu par une route bien cabossé. La nous travaillons avec la communauté et le gouvernement pour améliorer l'hygiène et donc réduire les maladies hydriques. |
