Summary

[edit]
Description This historic brick duplex is located on Bodmann Avenue in Cincinnati's Mount Auburn neighborhood. Constructed in the late 19th Century, this building expresses elements of the Queen Anne and Classical Revival styles, making an eclectic late Victorian building. It is home to two dwelling units, each of which have their own porch and separate entrance, and both of which have distinct architectural expression. Today, this building has been partially renovated in an unsympathetic manner, with a large dormer with modern-style windows added to the roof of one of the units, but much of the building remains intact and original, more than what can be said for many other buildings in the area.
