Description
Português: Boneca representando uma crioula da Bahia. Feita de pano e cheia de algodão e trapos. A anatomia de superfície é cuidadosamente representada. As unhas, implantadas nos dedos, são de canutilhos de penas de aves. Veste a anágua rendada, muito engomada, para dar à saia, também muito ampla, a roda característica. Traz uma camisa bordada e o clássico pano da Costa que, no caso presente, está sendo usado para prender o filho às costas. Na cabeça, o torso. Nas orelhas, pescoço e braços, jóias de ouro e prata e as contas (colar), cuja cor indica o santo africano a que é consagrada a crioula. Feira de Santa, Bahia.
