Source Entnommen aus dem Buch "Wanderungen zur Neandershöhle - Eine topographische Skizze von Erkrath an der Düssel", erschienen 1835 im Arnz & Comp. Verlag Düsseldorf. Das Buch wurde 1956 anlässlich des 100-jährigen Jubiläums des Fundes vom Landschaftsverband Rheinland in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Naturschutzverein Neandertal neu aufgelegt. Als Faksimile erhältlich unter ISBN 3-92205-519-2.
Author Ersteller der Lithographie nicht bekannt, vermutlich ein vom Verlagshaus oder Bongard selbst bestellter Künster. --Darkstar1970 21:09, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
