Description
Deutsch: "Das einfache 3 - Fenster-Haus hat eine Mittelbetonung im 1. OG. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass bei der Neugestaltung der Schaufensteranlage im EG Rücksicht auf die Vertikalordnung der Fenster genommen wurde, indem die Dreiteilung bis zum Boden fortgeführt wurde. Dabei ist mit bescheidenen neuen additiven Elementen der Gesamteindruck im städtischen Gefüge hervorgehoben worden. Ein überzeugendes Beispiel für die äußerst schwierige Bauaufgabe: Neugestaltung von Schaufensteranlagen in Gründerzeitfassaden." (Text der Jury)
