English: "Boza" and "leblebi" in Ankara. When winter approaches, boza season begins in Ankara. The traditional producers in this city (Akman Pastanesi) seem to have disappeared, losing an impossible war against industrial beverages. This boza comes from Istanbul, from the Historical "Vefa Bozacısı" brand, which has adapted itself to the times and given its name to an industrial company, although I believe, they also continue small-scale traditional production in their hometown in Istanbul. This plastic bottle of boza comes with a little envelope with cinnamon, tied to the neck of the bottle, so that we do not forget to pour it on the boza.
