Description Stone carving in Bradford Cathedral, formerly St Peter's, Bradford Parish Church, on Stott Hill, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. This was a 15th-century church of which the west tower and north aisle, and much of the nave and original chancel remain. The south aisle, its clerestory and porch were remodelled in the 19th century, when the transepts were added. In 1950, architect Sir Edward Maufe extended it to the east and to the north of the west tower. Showing the font. The central panel contains the Lamb and Flag (Agnus Dei). The left panel has a winged man, the symbol of Matthew the Evangelist. The right panel has a winged ox, the symbol of Luke the Evangelist.
