English: 1.Stuffing-
Soyabean Keema(graded soyabean/minutely cut soyabean) is fried in mustard oil with onion pieces,tomato pieces,dry spices,salt. 2.Crust(Exterior)- Water is applied superficially on a bread piece.This bread piece envelopes the stuffing and made into a roll like form(closed at both ends).Then these pieces are fried in vegetable oil,until golden brown. Usually served with garlic sauce or tomato sauce and eaten as a snack. |
