25 Broad Street. Clinton & Russell, 1902. Another Financial District landmarked converted into condos. This here's a side entrance. The composite makes it look as if this block is relatively pleasant and light-filled. Nope, it's all downtown canyon, though that doesn't mean it lacks charm.
