Description
Nederlands: 2 containers met brokstukken van het gecrashte Zwitserse F-5-jachtvliegtuig staan sinds vandaag op Vliegbasis Woensdrecht. Motorrijders van de marechaussee escorteerden het transport. Het is het einde van de berging van het toestel dat op 9 juni neerstortte. Dit gebeurde tijdens een trainingsvlucht voor de Luchtmachtdagen van het demoteam Patrouille Suisse. Op het moment dat het vliegtuig neerkwam werd de crashsite direct militair terrein. De F-5 lag half op het grondgebied van een Friese paprikateler en half in water van de gemeente. "In het belang van het onderzoek bewaakten landmachtmilitairen het terrein de afgelopen weken permanent. Anders struinen er gegarandeerd mensen rond, op zoek naar stukken van het vliegtuig”, vertelt Aalberts.
