Italiano: Il dispositivo è contenuto in una scatola in metallo di forma trapezoidale. All'interno sono presenti tre porta lampade in ceramica con inserite tre lampade a incandescenza di cui una di colore marrone scuro Philips 220V-230V PF 710 E 8D e due di dimensioni inferiori con vetro trasparente LESA 220V-230V 25W. Sopra a queste due lampadine è possibile posizionare due reticelle in metallo (retine per diffusione) Sopra a queste lampade si inserisce un vetro bianco opaco che occupa tutta la superficie superiore Questa parte è chiusa superiormente da un coperchio in metallo apribile agendo su una maniglia in legno. Su questo coperchio è presente una finestra coperta da un vetro trasparente di dimensione 13x18cm. A sua volta il vetro è coperto da una lastra in metallo rivestita nella parte a contatto col vetro in panno rosso, incernierata sul retro ed apribile agendo sulla maniglia in legno. Un sistema di leve permette di aprire o il coperchio superiore o quello inferiore semplicemente esercitando una diversa tensione sulla maniglia. Sul vetro si possono posizionare linguette in metallo per realizzare formati inferiori al 13x18cm Due interruttori posti sulla parete frontale comandano l'accensione delle lampade, un potenziometro l'intensità Dal retro fuoriesce il cavo di alimentazione per il collegamento alla rete elettrica. Lateralmente si ha uno spinotto per la variazione della tensione di rete.
Utilizzato in laboratorio fotografico per stampa a contatto di lastre e pellicole fotografiche o per duplicazione di lastre in bianco e nero.
