Français : Brûlot charentais. Tasse en grès avec du cognac très alcoolisé qui brûle sur des morceaux de sucre, afin de réchauffer le café froid, avant de verser cette liqueur dans le récipient posé sur la galette de terre cuite adaptées à la chaleur du cognac. Charente-Maritime, France.
English: Brûlot charentais: cold coffee re-heated using strong cognac, burnt on sugar cubes, before pouring the liquor into it. Special heatproof stoneware cup and terracotta circle. Charente-Maritime, France.
