Description
English: FBI SAC Kansas City informs FBI Director Hoover on Nov. 9, 1949 that Bud Uanna left Kansas City during the summer 1949 to return to Washington, D.C. to work for the Central Intelligence Agency. It was at the CIA that Bud Uanna wrote the briefing manual for the Office of Policy Coordination - the covert action branch of the U.S. Government.
