Description
English: Bud Uanna's application to the U.S. Department of State 1953, page 4. This was for a temporary assignment as Otto Otepka's assistant. He gives his references and reveals that he was arrested in Oct. 1934 for "...being present while a penny-ante game was in progress." This portion of the application bears his signature at the bottom.
