Description
English: This memorandum congratulating the individuals responsible for the preparation of the Marine Security Guard Handbook dated August 8, 1956 was released from the Department of State through a Freedom of Information Act request for documents relating to Bud Uanna. In ATTACHMENT A # 13 of his Foreign Service Essay Bud Uanna said he "Drafted a Marine Guard Handbook".
