Description
Deutsch: Während der Bauphase der durch den Berliner Architekten Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948) geplanten Bühnenhalle der Schule am Meer im Loog auf der ostfriesischen Insel Juist wurde die Baustelle von Akteuren für ein Gruppenfoto in Kostümen genutzt, davor ein Teil des Schulorchesters. Einige der Abgebildeten sind zu identifizieren: Oben 3. von links mit Schwert: Ulrich Sild (* 4. Juli 1911 in Wien; † 9. Mai 1937 am Hochschwab in der Steiermark), 9. von links mit gemustertem Umhang: Lehrer Dr. Paul Reiner (1886–1932), 11. von links mit weitem Stehkragen: Lehrer Friedrich Könekamp (1897–1977), 17. von links mit heller Halskette: Lehrerin Anna „Anni“ Sara Reiner (1891–1972), vor ihr sitzend Ruth Elisabeth Reiner (1922–1948), neben dieser mit nackten Armen: Renate „Nati“ Reiner (1917–2003), 18. von links stehend mit üppiger Frisur: Ruth Berger (* 1914), 23. von links stehend mit heller Bluse: Lehrerin Ellen Abel-Musgrave (1908–1988), unten ganz rechts das Pferd haltend: Ernst Heinz Joseph Halberstadt (1912–1997), nach Emigration in die USA geänderter Name: Ernest J. Halstead, in der S.a.M. genannt „Nepo“.
English: During the phase of erection of the boarding-school's stage hall which was planned by the Berlin-based architect Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948), its construction site was used by actors and musicians of the school's orchestra for a group photo in costumes. Some of the depicted can be identified: in the upper row the 3rd from left with a sword is Ulrich Sild (* 4 July, 1911 in Vienna, Austria; † 9 May, 1937 at Hochschwab (Mountain) in Styria, Austria), 9th from left with patterned cloak: teacher Dr. Paul Reiner (1886–1932), 11th from the left with a wide stand-up collar: teacher Frederick Edward Konekamp (1897–1977), 17th from the left with a light-colored necklace: teacher Anna "Anni" Sara Reiner (1891–1972), in front of her Ruth Elisabeth Reiner (1922–1948) and with bare arms: Renate "Nati" Reiner (1917–2003), 18th standing from the left with a lush hairstyle: Ruth Berger (* 1914), 23rd standing from the left with a light blouse: teacher Ellen Abel-Musgrave (1908–1988), at the bottom right holding the horse: Ernst Heinz Joseph Halberstadt (1912–1997), at S.a.M. called "Nepo", name changed after emigration as Ernest J. Halstead.
