Randnotiz: Die Bar Bull eröffnete am Ort an dem eines der ältesten schwulen Berliner Spelunken sich einst befand, das in die 1930er Jahre zurück zu datierende Kleist-Kasino. Das ehemalige Kleist-Kasino war bei queeren und nicht-queeren Künstler*innen und anderen beliebt.

Das Bull hingegen, ist "nur" ein Cruising-Lokal wie aus alten Zeiten.

an allusion to the well-known phrase coined by the former Governing Mayor of Berlin Klaus Wowereit, Berlin is "arm aber sexy" (English: poor but sexy).

Fun fact: Bull is the bar that was opened on the site where one of Berlin's eldest gay dives Kleist-Kasino was once located. Kleist-Kasino dated back to the 1930s and was popular with artist and others queer and non-queer alike.

Bull by contrast, is "just" a good ol'-time-y cruising joint.
